Are you a queer person looking for back-up and wondering where to find it? This back-up could be in any form. Perhaps what you need is expertise: a good doctor, lawyer, or therapist. Maybe what you’re looking for is community: a place to meet new people and make friends, or find love. Or maybe you’re looking for some cultural comfort: some nice reading material that discusses issues close to your heart, films that mirror your desires.
Or maybe you know someone else who’s looking for these things?

The Humsafar Trust

One of the oldest organisations by and for the queer community, it works on a very wide range of issues including rights, health, research and training, counseling, and offers legal help and shelter to those who need it. It also offers counselling to families of queer people.

An offshoot of Humsafar Trust, this is a support group for lesbians, bisexual women and trans people. They provide access to mental health counselling and legal help, and even organise social events, get-togethers and an annual cricket tournament the Queer Premier League!

LABIA - A Queer Feminist LBT Collective
