Varun Grover’s Sexy Saturday Songs

1. Pyaar Ka Dard Hai

A song talking about orgasm in beautiful, metaphorical words (Lyrics: Naqsh Lyalpuri), an older couple giving hot vibes to each other while watching a younger couple do the mating dance (unfortunately the younger man is played by the same older man - Rajesh Khanna, a sad reminder of how men have longer sexual lives in Hindi cinema), and Kishore-Asha in Khayyam's uplifting composition - this is a song you can have sex with.

2. Namak Ishq Ka

A song as much about oral sex as about making love salty, not just sweet. Rekha Bharadwaj's voice, Gulzar saab's lyrics, and Bipasha Basu's moves - all add up to one sultry experience.

3. Summer Wine

Am not much into international music but this one song, owing to its slightly strange lyrics (I didn't even know they have different wines for summer and winter), and a provocative video pulled me in. It has the energy of afternoon sex and that's what I like the most about it. There are many versions available (original is by Nancy Sinatra) but I like this movie-version and another by Bono & The Corrs better.

4. Chan Kithaan Guzaari Aayi

Surinder Kaur complains about her lover spending the night elsewhere and it does things to my heart many trying-to-be-sexy songs can't.

5. Khwaab Ban Kar Koi

No sexy-song playlist can ever be complete without the song featuring the first ever lesbian kiss on Hindi film screens. Same film has 'Jalta hai badan' too - another song openly talking about female desire - but this one is gifted with a great video, Lata Mangeshkar's emotion-laden voice, and Khayyam's minimal music.

6. Dasht-E-Tanhai Mein

I can't think of a song more apt about the mood, feelings, and tempo of the post-orgasm bliss. Add to that Iqbal Bano's grace, effortlessness, and voice quality in this TV studio mehfil version - and you have divine magic at hand.
