The central illustration on the card is of a diagonally positioned naked Indian woman who is reclined. Her face is in a side profile with the eye visible to us closed. She seems to belong to a royal lineage, suggested by her rich pink pallu covering her head. Although she is bare-bodied, several ornaments adorn her – she wears a maang tika on her forehead, a nose ring and earrings, a kamarpatta at the waist, bangles, a low-hanging necklace and anklets. She also has a bajubandh wrapped around her upper arm. Her hands have elaborately painted red nails. Many such hands are positioned at different parts of her body to indicate different types of touch and pleasure. They are placed close to her head, her neck, her breasts and her inner thigh. There is also a parrot in the bottom-left corner.
